Grandma's House Where Cousins Become Best Friends - Clique Kit - Alegria

Hi there,

So excited I get to participate in another Clique Kit - 

Pep Rally using the Alegria Kit.

Here is my layout.

Love how this turned out,  these colors were 

so fun to play with.

Here are some close-ups:

I used the 20sixteen free monthly cut file.

And the super cute wood veneer light bulb.

I cut out some extra + from one of the papers from the kit and scattered them around the layout.

I love that hedgehog flair button.

I used a stencil and texture paste in on my background.

I used my Shimmerz Inklingz to color in the background

and to splatter the paint.

I used the cut-aparts and the Fancy Pants ephemera pack.

Case File 188 - Nothing But Blue Skies

Hi There,

It's been a while since my last blog post.

Had a little hiccup with my health, but I am back on track!!

Going to make the most of every chance I get to create......

missed it like crazy.

So to get back into the swing of things, I am going to 

share with you my layout created for 

CSI: Color Stories Inspiration.

Now this week's challenge, I found to be a curly one.

I looked at those colors and thought to myself, 

were do I go from here?

But as soon as I looked through my stash for the color palette

it all became clear, and of course the Nifty Pixel sketch rocks!!

Here it is:

I took some beautiful photo's of my mums visit to 

Mackay for the Christmas holidays.

I seriously don't know what I would have done without her here.

My evidence was:  Clouds, Dangle a Charm and Ribbon.

Now sail boats don't appear in the sky, but they were on 

the water surrounded by puffy clouds, so they appear 

that way on my layout.

My Testimony: Was to journal a gathering.
