Guest Designer - Lime Tart

Hey Everyone,

This month I had the honour of being a guest designer over at

Lime Tart

I was so excited as I am a huge fan of everything Lime Tart, including their kits, their copic club and all the other yummies Lime Tart has to offer.

So today I am going to share with you a layout I have done,

which was inspired by this months Sketch.

Here is my interpretation of the sketch:

I stayed true to the sketch, I always find it a challenge when it comes to using multiple photos, so this sketch was perfect!

I have used the A La Tarte Kit to make this layout.

I made some flowers using a Spellbinders die.

The blossom and butterflies are from the kit.

Got to get the sewing machine out and go wild on this one!!

This kit is overflowing with pretty papers!

Scrap the Boys - August Challenge

Hey Everyone,

This is a sad month for me as it is my last Design Team layout for Scrap the Boys. 

I have had so much fun being on this Design Team for the last 12 months. 

I have so many Boys in my life that it was the perfect Design Team for me to be on.

So today I am going to share with you my

Scrap the Boys August Challenge layout.

This is this months challenge details:

STB AUGUST CHALLENGE -

This month we want to see a piece of your childs artwork on your layout and then have your layout inspired from that artwork!

*You have until 11.59pm on 31st August to get your entries in using the linky tool, please remember to put your name and country

Here is my layout!

The artwork is behind the photos.  Jackson painted lots of circles and squares.

I used a Crafters Template and the stars were just perfect!

The colors of this Echo Park "This and That" collection were the

exact same colors as his artwork.

Got to have all sorts of fun on this layout.

There is also a Design Team Call over at

Scrap the Boys.

Here are the details:

* STB CT CALL - I am looking for 3-4 girls who are interested in becoming a CT member here at Scrap The Boys, all you need to do is email me a short bio, a head shot and two layouts that best showcases your style, these can be layouts that you have created before.

My first reveal is a very cool little man!

This adorable little man captured my heart instantly as my little boy

Lucas give me this look often!

He was just so easy to color in using my favourite Copic Colors.

And the sentiment is just perfect!

My next share is a very Bewitching little girl!

Got a little creative with this one.

I used the Pink Paislee - Hocus Pocus Collection and a

Martha Stewart - Spider Web Around the Page Punch.

Lots of layers on this card.

I just love what Phyllis Harris does with these pics. It just makes you want to color!

I decided to make a card with you today, but if you head to the

Unity Blog on Friday I will be sharing a layout.

This card was so much fun to make using these whimsical stamps!

I used Helmar Zapdots - 1/4" Squares to create a 3D look on this card.

and to glue down my swing I used the amazing Helmar 450 Quick Dry Adhesive.

This is my favourite adhesive to use on everything!

The stamps I used are now available at Unity.

and I used the word smile. from this stamp kit.

To make things even MORE exciting!!

Not that you need a reason to get your hands on these stamps!!
