Hey There Friends,

Today I would like to share with you my layout

for CSI: Color Stories Inspiration

Case File 203.

Here is what the case file looks like:

Lots of layers behind my photo.

I used a scallop punch to create the patterned background.

All the color of the case file have been used.

My evidence is: Scallops, Wood, String and hearts.

My testimony is: Journal about a childhood memory.

My journaling is on a tag behind the photo and says "This photo is me when I was 2. The photo was taken in 1977. My mum worked at a factory and they used to have the Best Christmas parties each year. As a kid I loved them. They would have races and Santa and we would line up for pressies. So much fun."

Total Heart Breaker

Case File 201 - Little Moments Big Memories

Hi There,

I have another Case File to share with you

from CSI: Color Stories Inspiration.

I used a photo of my puppy Teddy.

He is completely black and so hard to take a pic of.

I used all the colors from the Case File.

My evidence is:  Diamond Shapes (in the patterned paper), Triangles and Stripes.

My Testimony is:  Document Something about your Pet.

Hi There!!

I am once again super excited to be a part of the 
Clique Kits Blog Hop.

You should have just come from the lovely

Today I am sharing a couple of crafty creations
made using the "Northern Lights" Kit.

I enjoyed getting a little messy with this layout.

I used a Precious Remembrance Shop stamp that I purchased from the Clique Shop.  

I think I love it a lot!

So many fun things to play with in this kit.

I used a White Posca Pen to journal and create a border.

I also made a card with some of the leftovers from the kit.

I couldn't not use that feather paper, I love it.

I made my own feathers out of the paper from the kit as well.

Scrap Your Heart Out YouTube Hop

Case File 199 - #selfie

Hi There,

Time for another Case File from CSI: Color Stories Inspiration.

This week it is Case File 199.

Here is my take on the case file.

I loved the colors in this case file.

I decided to do something different and scrap myself.

So I got my instax polaroid camera out, and took a selfie.

#no-make-up!

My Evidence is: Frame, Flowers and Camera.

My Testimony is:  Frame Your Journaling.

Case File 197 - Remember Life Is Precious

Hey There,

Today's release of Case File 197 for 

CSI: Color Stories Inspiration

is a really special one for me as I have created a

layout that is a picture of myself and my beautiful friend Prue.

She passed away a few weeks ago and I wanted

to create something special to document our friendship.

My Evidence is: Chalkboard Elements, Flowers and a Bicycle.

My Testimony is:  Get Inspiration from Easy Street Prompts and my word was CROSSROADS.

Here is my journaling, which is hidden on a tag behind the photo mat:  "My beautiful precious Prue.  You were an inspiration to so many people.  You were infectious.  It was a perfectly timed CROSSROADS that had us meet and become friends.  Friends that laughed, cried, and hugged.  My life has been blessed to have known you, my very own angel.xx"

I used chalkboard paint for the border of this page and then a white marker over the top.

I don't always have the opportunity to use flowers, but these colors together are so pretty.

I was so in love with this bicycle from Prima I have been waiting for the perfect opportunity to use it.

I used Shimmerz Dazzelerz - Licorice Stick and a stencil to create the crosses in the background.
